2. In a large bowl mix meat, seasonings, onion, oatmeal and egg/water mixture.
3. Mix well, may use hands to get a thorough mix. If after mixing it seems a little dry, add a little more water.
4. Place meatloaf into greased muffin tin. Fill each cup just to the top of the cup, divided evenly. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Can use a loaf pan if desired and bake for 1 hour.
