     Berry Cream Pie

Ingredients
1-9in Baked Pie Shell or Graham Crust
1-8oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream, whipped
1/2 cup Water
4 Tbls Corn Starch
1/2 cup Sugar
2 cups Berries, drained of excess juice
 
Use Huckleberries, Blackberries or Raspberries

Instructions
Beat together softened Cream Cheese and Powdered Sugar. Add Vanilla and fold in Whipped Cream. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate.
In sauce pan on stove, mix Water, Corn Starch, Sugar and Berries. Cook until thick and Clear. Approx 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cool berry mixture and then spoon over the top of the cooled cream cheese filling. Refrigerate.
