     Filling for Apple Pie

Ingredients
1 1/2-2 lbs apples, peeled, cored and sliced
3/4 Tbsp. matzo meal
1/3 cup sugar, mixed with 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 1. Roll out pie dough into pie tin and sprinkle with 3/4 c bread crumbs or matzo meal 2. pour apples in crust and sprinkle with matzo meal, and sugar mixture
3. cover with dough and bake 70 minutes until done 4. 1st put it on bottom of oven, til the bottom of the pie is brownish Then put it on top shelf until done
