     Ragu de Carnes

Ingredients
300g de patinho
100g de lombo de porco
1 pedaço de alcatara com osso
4 linguiças sem pele
250ml de molho de tomate
1/3 cup vinho tinto
1 lata pelati
salsão 4 talos em cubinhos
 
1 cenoura grande em cubinhos
1 cebola grande em cubinhos

Instructions
Refogar as carnes Acrescentar a cebola colocar o vinho para reduzir acrescentar os legumes o tomate o caldo de carne
cozinhar em fogo brando por 2h
