Ingredients
50 Snails
salt and pepper
various spices
6 eggs, separated
 

Instructions
Starve the snails and clean them well. Cook them foe one hour in boiling water with added salt and spices of your choice. Drain the snails and remove them from their shells. Beat the egg yolks and the stiffly beaten whites. Add a pinch of salt . Make an omlette and fill it with the snails.
Serving Suggestions
Serving with paprika and butter
