|
Place the fish fillets in a plastic bag. Add lemon juice, parsley, garlic
and soya sauce. Close the bag and put it in the refrigerator for at
least one hour.

Remove the fish from the bag and save the marinade.
|
|
|
Place the fish on a grill at the top pf the oven and grill for 3-5
minutes.
|
|
|
Turn the fillets over, brush the top with marinade and grill for an
additional 5-8 minutes. Boil the rest of the marinade until it's
reduced by half and pour over the fillets when serving
