Boil Whole Zucchini in Salt Water. 3 Min for small 5 min for Large.
In a Bowl Mix Stuffing mix, Onion, Cheddar Cheese.
Sliced boiled Zucchini Length wise. Scoop out Centers. Place Center you scooped out in a bowl with Stuffing Mixture. Mix well & stuff Zucchini shell with Mixture. Top with Cheese.
Bake 350 f for about 30 Min.
