     Baked Crocodile

Ingredients
1 lb crocodile
4 oz garlic butter
chopper parsley
salt and pepper
 
Instructions
Cut the meat from the bone. Put the meat in an ovenware dish.
Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper. Spread the garlic utter over the meat.
Baked in an oven at 190 degrees for 12 minutes. Serve with French Bread.
