Ingredients

-	1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
-	2 Tablespoons red onion, diced
-	1 large clove garlic, minced
-	2 Tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
-	1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
-	1/2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
-	1/4 teaspoon salt
-	dash of ground black pepper


Instructions


Combine in a medium bowl, cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.


Serve on toasty bread, plain pizza crust, etc.






Serving Suggestions

Bread toasted under the broiler after brushing with olive oil & sprinkling with garlic salt is yummy!
