     Creamy Corn Casserole

Ingredients
2 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
8.5 oz package cornbread mix (JiffyMix)
15.25 oz can corn, drained
14.75 oz can creamed corn
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 9x9 baking dish. Beat eggs,then whisk in sour cream and butter. Add cornbread mix and both corns, stirring until combined. Pour into baking dish. Bake 50-60 minutes until golden brown. Ingredients can be doubled and baked in 9x13 dish in almost the same cooking time.
