Combine first 4 ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, whipping cream, and melted butter. Slowly add the sugar mixture to the egg mixture. Whisk until smooth. Stir in the corn.
Pour into a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve hot.
