     Corn Pudding

Ingredients
1/4 Cup Sugar
3 Tablespoons Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
6 Large Eggs
2 Cups Whipping Cream
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
6 Cups Corn (canned corn is fine)
 

Instructions
Combine first 4 ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, whipping cream, and melted butter. Slowly add the sugar mixture to the egg mixture. Whisk until smooth. Stir in the corn. Pour into a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve hot.
