Ingredients
2 eggs
1 c milk
1 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
 

Instructions
Break eggs into a pitcher or bowl with a pouring spout. Add milk and flour that has been sifted with salt. Mix well. Disregard lumps.
Fill well-greased custard cups 3/4 full. Put into COLD oven. This is very important - DO NOT PREHEAT OVEN. You can put cups on cookie sheet for easy handling.
Set oven to 450°. Leave in for 45 minutes. Do not open the oven door during this time. Makes 5 or 6 popovers.
