Pour the boiling water over the oatmeal and molasses. Cool.
Add 3 tsp yeast and stir. Wait until it bubbles
Add a maximum of 4 c. flour. The first cup you can beat with a dough hook on the mixer. Add the rest 1 c at a time. Somedays you need more flour and some days a little less, depending on the weather.
