     Richard's Pie Crust

Servings   1 crust

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup Crisco
ice water
 

Instructions
Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter into pea size chunks. Add iced water until dough just sticks.
Shape dough into a disk in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll dough on floured surface.
If baking crust, bake at 375º for 25-30 minutes
