4 c cooked russet potatoes
1/4 c butter
1/2 c whipping cream
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1-1/2 c all purpose flour

Be sure potatoes are dry. Beat in remainder of ingredients (butter, whipping cream, sugar and salt. Place in refrigerator overnight.
The next day stir in well,1-1/2 c. flour. Divide into 20 equal portions. Make circles to fit griddle. Crank up to 400
Stack the lefse, separating them with wax paper.
