Tilapia on Angel Hair Pasta with Lemon White Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
1 tbs Garlic Powder
1 tbs Onion Powder
2 - 6 filets Tilapia
4 tbs butter
4 tbs all purpose flour
½ teas salt
2 cups milk
Dash of white pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
In a dish, mix together the bread crumbs and
powders, salt and pepper the filets and dredge
them through the bread crumb mixture and coat
them well. If you want crispy filets, add
grated parmesan cheese to the bread crumb mix.
In a skillet, heat a couple of tbls Olive oil
until just smoking. It will be fairly hot. Add
the Tilapia filets and cook a couple of minutes
on each side. They do not take very long to
cook. Remove from the skillet and place in a
plate.
Mean while, heat water in a pot to cook the
angel hair pasta. Cook pasta as per directions
on the package.
For the medium White Sauce (for 6)-
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in
flour, salt, and dash of white pepper. Add milk
all at once. Cook quickly, stirring constantly
till mixture thickens and bubbles. When mixture
thickens squeeze juice of 1 lemon into sauce.
Plate angel hair pasta, plate fillet of Tilapia
on top, spoon sauce over all and sprinkle
capers on top.
