Ingredients
Leftover mashed potatoes
Enough flour to make a dough
Season with salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Mix mashed potatoes and flour, salt and pepper, to make a dough. Cut into small balls. Roll out balls-flatter than a pancake Fry in me diem griddle, both sides. Drain fat, if any. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Eat!!!!
