     Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients
1/4 c butter or margarine
2 pkgs frozen green beans, cooked and drained
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 c flour
1 c light cream
1 c milk
2 envelopes dehydrated chicken broth
salt and pepper
1 can French fried onions
 
1 c grated swiss cheese

Instructions
Cool green beans. In a saucepan melt butter and saute onion for 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in flour. Gradually mix in the cream, milk and chicken broth.
Stir over low heat until sauce bubbles and thicken Season with salt and pepper.
Stir cheese in until melted. Add green beans and pour into a 1-1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with fried onions. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
