Sift together the cake flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
Beat until light the 3 egg yolks.

Add sugar, water and vanilla.
Beat 3 egg whites until stiff and add 1/4 c sugar to it.

|
Add egg whites to egg mixture. Gradually add flour mixture.
|
|
|
Pour into greased, covered with wax paper cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes. Turn into powdered sugar cloth and roll immediately.
Refrigerate before serving.
