     Chocolate Cream Roll

Ingredients
3/4 c cake flour
1/4 c cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 egg yolks
3/4 c sugar
5 Tbsp water
 
1 tsp vanilla
3 wgg whites
1/4 c sugar

Instructions
Sift together the cake flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Beat until light the 3 egg yolks.
Add sugar, water and vanilla. Beat 3 egg whites until stiff and add 1/4 c sugar to it.
Add egg whites to egg mixture. Gradually add flour mixture.
Pour into greased, covered with wax paper cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes. Turn into powdered sugar cloth and roll immediately. Refrigerate before serving.
