1 c flour

3/4 c oatmeal

1 c brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 c melted butter

4 c rhubarb
|

1 c white sugar

2 Tbsp cornstarch

1 c water
|
|
1 tsp vanilla
|

Instructions |

|
Mix the flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter. Press into pan . Save 1 c. of mixture for the top.

Cover with the rhubarb.
|

Cook the sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla.
|
|
|
Pour the topping over all. Use the last cup of crumbs to go over the top of all. Bake at 300° for one hour.
