     Tomato Bisque

1/4 c chopped onion
1/2 c butter
1 tsp dill weed
1 tsp oregano
3/4 tsp dill seed
1/4 c flour
3 c chicken broth
1-1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/4 c chopped parsley
1/4 c honey
1 c whipping cream
1/2 c half and half

Saute the onion, butter, dill weed, seed and oregano. Stir in 3 c chicken beoth and 4 c. diced canned tomato.
Add salt, pepper, chopped parsley and honey.
Stir in whipping cream and 1/2 and 1/2. Do not boil.
