Combine ham, pork, bread crumbs, eggs and milk in large bowl; mix lightly until well blended. Shape into 50 small balls. Place in single layer in 13 x 9 x 12 pan.
Combine sugar, mustard, vinegar and water in small saucepan. Heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved and mixture comes to boiling. Pour over ham balls in baking pan. Cover loosely with foil.
Bake in a slow oven (300°) for 1 hour; turn ham balls. Bake 45 minutes longer, remove foil cover; increase oven temperature to 400°.
Bake uncovered, basting often until well galzed, about 15 mn.
