Make double-strength tea by pouring boiling water over tea (use 5-6 tea bags if you don't have loose tea); let steep for 5 minutes, then strain. Boil sugar with 1 quart water for 5 minutes. Add crushed mint leaves. Can use extract if you can't get fresh leaves. Cool and strain.

Combine tea, mint syrup, fruit juices and 1 gallon water.

|
|
Just before serving add ginger ale. Pour over ice block or ring in a punch bowl.
|
|
|
Garnish if desired with orange and lemon slices and sprigs of fresh ming.
