Mix the graham crackers (crushed), sugar and melted butter. RESERVE 1/2 of the mixture. Pat the other half into a 9 inch pan.
Beat the cream cheese and add the cup of whipping cream, salt, vanilla and sugar. Beat until mixed.
Separate 4 eggs. Beat the yolks and add to the mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Fold those into the mixture.
Pour into pan, sprinkle with 1/2 c graham crackers.
Bake 1 hour at 300°. Turn off. Let sit in oven for 1 hour.
