Preheat oven to 275°.
Place dried beef in bottom of greased baking dish. Roll chicken pieces and place in pan with 1/2 piece of bacon on top. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over the chicken.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake uncovered 3 hours at 275°.
