     Corn Pudding

Servings   1-1/2 quart casserol

Ingredients
3 eggs
1-15 oz can cream corn
1-1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp minced onion
2 Tbsp soda cracker meal
1 can 12 ounce evaporated milk
1/3 c water
 
2 Tbsp butter

Instructions
Heat oven in 350° Beat the eggs. Add the cream corn, salt, pepper, minced onion and soda cracker meal. Heat 1 can evaporated milk, water and butter.
Add the heated mixture to the cream corn mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Set the casserole in a pan of hot water and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes.
