Preheat oven to 200°. Pop popcorn. Set aside in baking pan or roaster. In medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil. Add nuts. Cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Add baking soda. Poour mixture over popcorn. Toss. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
