Beat butter and white sugar.
Mix in egg, sourcream and flour to form a dough.
Separate into 1/3 and 2/3
Roll 2/3 of the dough and place in a pie mold.
brush with egg and jam.

Place the plums on the pie crust.
sprinkle with lemon juice and brown sugar.
|
|
|
Roll the rest of the dough.
Cut strips of the dough and make criss cross pattern on the plums.
Brush with the rest of the egg.

|
Bake at 180 deg C, 45 minutes
|
