     Bisquick Coffee Cake

Ingredients
For Streusel:
2/3c. Bisquick Mix
2/3c.packed brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
4 Tbsp firm butter or margarine
For Cake:
2c. Bisquick Mix
2/3c. milk or water
2 Tbsp sugar
 
1 egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375* and grease a 9x9 square or a 9" round pan.
In a small bowl, use a fork to mix together the streusel ingredients until crumbly. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix coffee cake ingredients until blended. Pour into the greased pan and sprinkle streusel over the top. Bake for 18-22 mins.
