Mix all sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.

|
Place chicken in crockpot and pour sauce over top. Cover and
cook on low 6-7 hours or on high for 3hrs.

|
Remove chicken and chop into bite size pieces. Strain liquid and
place over medium heat in a small pot. Combine 3 tbs water and
3 tbs cornstarch. Whisk into the sauce along with 1 clove of
garlic. Stir until thickened.

|
Pour sauce over chicken and stir. Serve over rice
