     Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients
3/4 cup (180 ml) cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup (60 ml) apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Celtic sea salt
2 Tbsp (30 ml) coconut nectar or other liquid sweetener
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 cup (60 g) raspberries, fresh or frozen
1/4 cup (60 ml) filtered water
 

Instructions
Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable Blend for 30 seconds. Refrigerate in an airtight container.
