Mix together the butter, flour and powdered sugar. Bake in a 9 x 12 pan for 15 mn at 325°.
Sift together the 3 Tbsp flour, sugar and baking powder. Add to it the 3 eggs, well beten and 3 Tbsp lemon juice as well as the grated rind of one lemon.
Place on crust and bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Ice with powdered sugar frosting.
