Grate zest from orange. Squeeze juice from orange and lemons. Set aside. In saucepan, combine sugar, mint, orange zest and 2 c water. Boil for 5 minutes, or until thickened into syrup. Strain. Pour 4 c boiling water over tea bags, according to package directions. Pour citrus juices and 2 c hot syrup over tea bags. Strain and chill. To serve, garnish with fresh mint.
