     Bacon, Basil, Pesto and egg pies

Ingredients
350g middle bacon (rind removed)/ 350g de bacon ou de tranches de lard
½ cup grated cheese / 1/2 tasse de fromage rape
6 eggs / 6 eoufs
½ cup Basil Pesto / 1/2 tasse de pesto (vous pouvais aussi utiliser de la tapenade)
Salt and pepper, to taste / sel et poivre selon votre gout
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (fanbake)/ prechuaffez le four a 200°C
Lightly grease six holes of a muffin tin. Line the holes with bacon, then place a little of the cheese into each / graissez legerement les 6 trous de votre plats a muffins. Revetir les plants a muffins d'une tranche de bacon (il faut qie votre bacon recouvre aussi le fond du plat car il va servire de contenant a l'ensemble), ensuite placez une pincee de fromage rape au fond.
Crack an egg into each hole, then season to taste./ casser un oeuf dans chacun des plats pui salle et poivrer selon gout
Dollop a teaspoon of Mediterranean Basil Pesto into each hole, then place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the eggs are cooked. / Mettre une tasse a cafe de pesto dans chaque plat, mettre le tout au four pendant 15min.
Serving Suggestions
J'ai remplace le pesto par des morceaux d'asperges et c'etait delicieux.
