1 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
|

2 tsp Butter
|

1/2 onion, sliced

1 cup Apple Juice, 100% Juice

Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions |
|
|
Season flour with salt and pepper. Lightly flour pork.
|
|
|
Melt butter in large, nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add pork. Cook on one side until brown.
|
|
|
Flip pork, stir in onion & juice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 7 to 8 minutes.
