Bring sugar,cocoa,butter and milk to a boil; 1 minute Remove from
heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Let cool a minute or two then
drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Place in
freezer or refrigerator to harden.
