     Cheesy Potato Casserole

Ingredients
24 oz package hash brown potatoes
3/4 c melted butter (divided)
salt and pepper to taste
1 pint sour cream
1/2 c chopped onion
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
2 c grated cheddar cheese
2 c Ritz cracker crumbs
 
Instructions
Defrost potatoes. Mix potatoes, half of the melted butter, salt, pepper, onion, sour cream and cheese. Pour into buttered 9x13 pan.
Mix remaining melted butter and cracker crumbs. (Add more butter if you need.) Spread over top of casserole.
Bake in preheated 350 oven for 45 minutes.
