Cut each chicken breast into 2 or 3 smaller pcs. Salt and pepper. Sprinkle with paprika.
Preheat oven to 400.
Melt 2 T butter in a lg skillet over med high heat. Sear chicken on both sides. 2 or 3 min per side. Remove from pan and place in a 9x13 pan.

Melt remaining butter in the skillet. Add garlic an cook 1 or 2 min. Stir in chicken broth cream and Parmesan and lemon juice.
Bring to a oil reduce heat to medium. Stir in spinach and simmer until spinach ha wilted and sauce has reduced and slightly thickened. 3 to 5 min. Pour mixture over chicken. Place in oven and roast till chicken I cooked through about 20 min.

I served over baked spaghetti squash. I also added a little shredded Italian cheese to help sauce thicken but it never really did. Was still delish.
