     Rosemary Maple Mustard Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
2 pounds pork roast (or tenderloin)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4c dijon mustard
1/4c maple syrup
1 Tbsp chopped, fresh rosemary
 

Instructions
FREEZER COOKING- Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Mix together mustard, maple syrup and rosemary in a bowl. Divide pork roast into indicated number of gallon freezer bags. Divide sauce into indicated number of quart sized bags. Place one sauce bag into each pork bag. Label and freeze.
