1. In a bowl cover the chicken breast with warm water and then add ½ of the cut squeezed lemon into the bowl and set aside for about 10mins to clean the chicken. Then rinse the chicken and pat dry on both sides with a paper towel and place in a plate.
2. Season your chicken on both sides with- salt, pepper, chopped parsley & Goya
3. Then coat both sides of the chicken with flour lightly
4. Heat in a frying pan some olive oil on medium heat
5. Pan fry each chicken for about 1minute on each side just so its lightly brown in color (the chicken will cook again in the wine sauce later)
6. Take the chicken out and place on a plate for later.
7. In the same pan with the oil, add some more if needed, add the chopped garlic, mushrooms, and onion and cook for about 3minutes on medium heat.
8. Then add the can of chicken stock and cup of Marsala wine and cook for about 2 minutes
9. Then add the chicken to the same pan, cover it and cook on low heat covered for about 10mins
