Ingredients- • 1 pack of the bones chicken thighs (usually have 4-6 pieces) • 1 Lemon (wash chicken) • ¼ cup chopped Cilantro • I packet of Sazon seasoning • Salt • Black Pepper • 1 tablespoon garlic puree or you can use garlic seasoning too • 1 small onion cut in to medium size squares • 1 small red bell pepper cut into medium size squares • 2 tablespoon tomato paste • 1-2 Wiri wiri pepper or habanero pepper • Olive oil
1. Cut up the chicken into medium sized cubes. Then in a bowl cover the chicken pieces with warm water and squeeze the lemon into the bowl and set aside for about 10mins to clean the chicken. Then rise chicken and set aside. 2. To the chicken, add sazon seasoning, black pepper, garlic, and cilantro. Taste to see if you want more salt, because the sazon already has salt, add salt if needed. 3. In a pan, heat up the oil on medium heat, then add the chicken and stir fry for about 5mins. 4. Then add the 2-tablespoon of tomato paste, onion, red bell peppers and hot peppers and stir fry for about another 5mins. You can add another spoon of tomato paste if you want. It should be a medium orangeish color.
