2 lemons, juiced and zested (1/2 c juice, 2T zest)
2 T chopped shallots
2 cloves garlic, minced (2 t)
11/2 t chopped fresh rosemary
1 c olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
whisk together 1/2 c lemon juice, 2 T lemon zest, shallot,
garlic, and rosemary in bowl. Slowly pour in olive oil while
whisking. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
