     Chicken & Noodle Soup

Ingredients
(1) Whole Chicken
3-4 Celery Blades cut up
2 sliced carrots
1/2 large onion chopped up
1 1/2 pkg Ream noodles or 1 pkg Amish noodles
1 large can of cream of chicken soup
 

Instructions
Boil whole chicken, strain broth to remove bones and scum. Remove cooked chicken and de-bone and tear up to place back in pot. Add little salt. Boil separately carrots and celery. Drain and add to soup mixture. Saute onions and add to soup. Add cream of chicken soup and mix thoroughly. Add noodles, when noodles are tender the soup is ready. Use all of broth and let simmer.
Best broth is made with both dark and white meat. Can use yellow food coloring to spice up the look.
Serving Suggestions
Top with black pepper and serve with baked seasoned oyster crackers.
