Preheat oven to 350°.
TORTE-
Mix together, adding eggs one at a time. Grease 8 inch round pan. Line with wax paper.
Bake at 350° for 30 - 35 minutes. Cool.
ICING-
Melt together honey, chocolates, and butter. Mix. Pour over cake while still warm. Refrigerate to firm icing. (Can be frozen.) Serve at room temperature.
