     Corn Bread Soufflé

1 can Creamed Corn
1 can Whole Corn (not drained)
1 box Corn Bread Muffin Mix (can use Jiffy brand)
2 beaten Eggs
8 oz Sour Cream

Preheat oven to 350º
Spray baking dish with oil. Mix the ingredients and pour into baking dish. Pour melted butter on top (optional). Bake about 1 hour.
