Heat soup (undiluted).
Mix unflavored gelatin with 1/4 cup of water and add to heated soup. Remove from heat.
In a medium sized or large bowl, soften cream cheese and add small amount of soup. Mix together well. Add rest of soup and all other ingredients, blending thoroughly.
Pour into a mold and chill. (Some molds have to be greased lightly for easy release. I use a spray.)
Serve on lettuce leaves with assorted vegetables and/or crackers.
