     Peanut-Raisan Granola Bars

Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
Cooking Spray
2-1/2 cups rolled or quick-cooking oats
1 cup dry-roasted peanuts
1 cup raisins
1 cup sunflower seeds (be sure these are fresh)
1-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup salted butter, melted

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line 15 x 10 inch rimmed baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray.
Mix the oats, peanuts, raisins, seeds, cinnamon, condensed milk and melted butter in a large bowl. Spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake until golden, about 45 minutes.
Cool slightly, then lift off baking sheet using the foil and invert onto a cutting board. Peel off the foil and cut into bars. Do not wait too long to do this! These can become difficult to cut when fully cooked.
Makes 48 bars. Store airtight or wrap individually in plastic wrap.
