Preheat oven to 450F. In large pan toss broccoli
florets with olive oil, salt & pepper until well
coated. Spread single layer and roast 15 minutes.
In small bowl combine parmesan cheese, panko bread
crumbs, 2 teaspoons olive oil and grated lemon
peel. Sprinkle mixture over broccoli and roast 3
to 5 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown.
