Ingredients
2 Fillets of Basa
5 garlic cloves garlic crushes
3 green chilies crushed
2 sprigs if cilantro
2 sprigs of basil.
1 tsp of sesame seeds
2 sprigs of mint
1/2 bunch of chives
4 tblspn of olive oil
 
1/2 level tsp of salt
Instructions
1. Grind all the ingredients except fish 2. Whisk all of it 3. Marinate the fish for 1/2 hour 4. Stir fry the fish one minute on each side and serve
