Saute onion, add garlic, add tomatoes and mushrooms. Saute
until mushrooms are done. Add spinach and let wilt. Stir in
spaghetti sauce. Remove from heat, let cool about five minutes.
Stir in yogurt. Top with grated Asiago cheese. Serve over pasta
and chicken or shrimp.
